First time there. Very happy with the entire staff. Super attentive and great bedside manor. Would highly recommend.
We brought our dog here over the weekend and it couldn't have been better. The vet, Dr. Merz i want to say her name was but I can't remember the name fully was great with our husky. As soon as she came into the room she sat down and pet our girl and gained her trust. I've been to other vets and they just throw them on the table and hold them down to get what they want and literally traumatized her. I had to have her sedated last time she needed blood work at another vet. She was able to get blood with no sedation, no crying, nothing. Just showed her some love and was able to get everything she needed. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a vet. We also went one other time and saw someone else, an older Dr. Maybe the owner and he was also great with her.
Very friendly staff, excellent facilities, great recommendations, and most importantly they take very attentive and flexible care of my cats. We recently adopted a cat from a shelter to which they provide care. Our new cat came to us in great health and thorough paper work, which made transitioning her into the house much easier. I haven't had an issue with them in multiple years of service. Their grooming services are competitively priced and my cats don't come home upset, which is a big step up from big chains and other providers. Couldn't be happier with them and their team.
Excellent group of animal care professionals. They truly are wonderful people who love what they do. Highly recommend.
Clean facility but way overpriced. Good price to fix car but when you add that to another procedure the prices goes up, even though it should be cheaper if the cat only has to go under anesthesia once. Nope their good price to get a cat fixed is only if alone so they can complete with competitors. Also charged for things in did not get and only after I questioned it did they make the adjustment.
