My experience with Enterprise was bar none the best I've ever had with a car rental agency. I especially enjoyed the exceptional service I recieved from one of their agents, Alex Pinho at the Little Falls location. He was professional, courteous and patient. He's a true asset to this company. I will definitely be a repeat customer of Enterprise.
First let me start off by saying the Enterprise rental was very courteous and professional. I received a 2017 Ford Edge SUV and was very pleased how the ride was, cost effective on gas and very comfortable.overall pleased with the staff and vehicle.

My experience with the Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Route 46 West in Little Falls, NJ was nearly flawless. Car pickup was smooth and fast - I picked up my rental immediately when they opened, and I was pleased with the car I was allotted. I didn't have any problems with the car my entire trip - to Canada (which is alright by them). Only issue I had was when I returned the car - I got back late, after 10pm, when the office closed. Deliriously, after driving 8 hours, I accidentally locked the keys in the trunk (both sets) when I was unloading the car. I went in the following morning, forgetting that both sets were on the key ring, thinking they would have an extra set to open it. They recommended I call Roadside Assistance through my insurance. I couldn't do it at the moment because I had to go to work, but told them someone would come in after 3pm to do it. I was told I would not be charged the extra day. I got a call about an hour or two later when I was at work and was told I would be charged the extra day if the keys were not retrieved after the morning. So I was disappointed that I was told something then immediately told something else. Otherwise, a good experience.
