On top of that when we got home we realize that the remote controls on keys does not work and the spare key that was given to use also does not work.
Worst customer service ever!! I recently purchased a used 2016 Lexus IS 300 and without my knowledge they added a Tire and Rim protection without my knowledge. I called back to ask Chris in finance why this was done and he said Andy the salesman should have discussed this with me, which he did not. Chris in finance also went ahead and said this is the second time this has happened. I called Andy the salesman and he did not know why they added the Tire and Rim package. I asked Chris from finance for proof of signature that I agreed to this. He finally sent me a copy of the agreement but there was no signature. I called again and explained there was no signature therefore I did not agree to this and wanted a full refund. To this day I have received a phone call back.
My experience at Tri county Lexus was excellent! I felt welcomed right away and the leasing process was stress free and quick. Hassan helped me get the exact car I wanted for a good price and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer service, definitely ask for him when purchasing or leasing a vehicle at this location. All of my expectations were met and I'm beyond happy with my new Lexus!
I took my cousin to buy a use vehicle at this dealership. After settling on a price for the car the guy at finance added charges, including a warranty charge, that we were not made aware of. It wasn't until we got home with the car we really that all those charges were added.
My lease was coming to an end (6 months) with my VW and I started to car shop. After driving up and down route 46 to different dealers I was interested in, my last stop was Lexus on 46. The first thing that stood out to me was the immediate attention we received from Mario, who ended up being my sales professional. From start to finish, Mario was nothing but patient, honest, and incredibly easy to talk to/get along with. We test drove the car I was interested in that same night and started working on the financials. We went well past the dealership closing hours but we got a deal I was extremely comfortable with and left with the car that same night. Even after the sale, Mario maintained excellent communication to follow up with an appointment with a delivery specialist since we left with the car closer to 10pm that night. He’s made me a fan of this dealership and really appreciate his no BS, keep it real salesmanship. Thanks for the great deal, Mario! Love my car!

Be careful when you are negotiating a price at this dealership. I asked multiple times what interest rate was being used to calculate my hypothetical payments and was reassured multiple times that it was 4%. I did the math beforehand so I pretty much knew what to expect. What was really being used was a 15% interest rate and I was being lied to straight to my face. I would have paid $20,000 more than the offered price should this dealership have had it's way. Now, the salesman, Trevor, was excellent and I could see he was willing to work with me. However, management pretty much told me that my math was wrong despite providing calculations. A $20,000 difference is not a slip of the pen.
