Being only "sorry" for not able to have a space for made reservation, on drop off ... if you are okay to cancel your trip , you will be the happy one.. other wise, do not even think about it...
I made a reservation in advance and spoke to 3 different people that work at this kennel. I even called the night before. And was told everything is good. They look forward to seeing me tomorrow. So when I get there the next day. They dont have a reservation for me. And dont provide food. And the grooming charge of 53.00 that I was told. Was not correct either so im keeping calm and feel if 3 employees cannot put me in the computer. Then even bigger problems are possible. So I ask them for my Dog. And we leave. Thank god. Club Bark in woodland park saved the day. And very professional.
A couple years ago I brought my Dog there for a couple days due to a family emergency out of state. When I came back I picked her up about 1am. My dogs fur was FULL of old pee and so was her collar. The film on the fur was so bad we had to give her two baths. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Absolutely love this place! We've been using them for two years and take our pup there for everything from daycare to extended overnight stays when needed. The staff is fantastic. One of the few places I really trust taking care of our dog. He loves his time spent there with the other campers. His tail is wagging in the car when we turn onto their street.
We love this place, and so does our puppy! He is always happy and tired after playing with a bunch of other canine friends. We never had a problem here, staff are great, and I cannot do without their great hours to pick him up in the super late evening.
As a business owner. I was hesitant to post this. As I was referred to this place. But I know how this messed up my day. And in hopes this prevents someone else to go through the same.
